This session explores how neurodiversity is influencing the way workplaces and homes are designed. Bringing together the Head of Workplace Design at Lloyds Bank, Michelle Ogundehin and specialists in neurodiversity-led design, the discussion examines how environments can better support different ways people think, process information, and work. The panel will focus on practical design strategies from acoustics and materials to lighting, choice and spatial flexibility that reduce sensory friction, support focus, and improve wellbeing and performance through better choices.
