Light School - the home of architectural lighting
Light School and its content programme, Light Talks, are our way of highlighting the innovative use of light and the way it is inextricably linked with surface design.
Light School is a new style event; educating architects and interior designers in the importance of specifying lighting at an early stage of the design process.
The synergy between architecture, interior design and lighting design is crucial.
In partnership with The Institution of Lighting Professionals and supported by leading lighting designers, Light School allows architects and designers to compare and learn about innovative lighting and technology.
Co-located with the highly respected Surface Design Show in London’s iconic Business Design Centre, Light School sets out to educate architects and designers in the importance of the relationship between light and surface by bringing together leading manufacturers and suppliers with architects and designers looking to specify their products.
Light School is our product showcase for architectural lighting suppliers to display their very latest lighting designs for both interior and exterior applications to our unique audience of architects and interior designers
Light Talks, held in Partnership with iGuzzini, is Light School’s ‘classroom’ hosting 2-days of debates and presentations where lighting designers can talk to and educate specifiers.
"iGuzzini has decided to exhibit at Surface Design Show 2022, as we feel that it's a great platform to get physically back in front of key specifiers after such a lengthy break. This show draws a great diverse spread of specifiers from architects to interior designers and lighting designers.” Ian Stanton, iGuzzini
