We are on a mission to futureproof residences. We started by developing mycelium bricks that were grown on-site and lined with a novel auxetic lattice increasing its strength to that of a clay brick. We didn't want to stop there. We are proposing a new way of building residences, where we combine knowledge from biodesign and ingenious engineering to develop energy-efficient ways of moderating our home indoor climate.

Anzen Smart Wall is an industry-shifting ventilation and heating system designed for an external wall. It is an affordable alternative to your current boilers, heat pumps, and MVHR systems to create a healthy and comfortable indoor environment that is user and environment-centered. By operating heating and ventilation in tandem, we ensure that spaces don’t overheat, prevent molds and condensation, and improve indoor air quality. Acting as a wall, it offers distributed ventilation and space heating which offers selective action on spaces improving energy efficiency. Further, with no ducting maintenance these systems are accessible and offer higher room heights to offer a holistic reimagining of indoor environments.
