Developed and manufactured in the UK, SMILE Materials are a new generation of high-performance recycled surface panels that wear their origins with pride.

At the heart of the collection is Smile Plastics — a range of supersized panels made entirely from 100% recycled and recyclable plastics, including post-consumer waste such as packaging, bottles and discarded appliances. These panels are produced in 3000 × 1200 mm formats with standard thicknesses of 12 mm and 20 mm, and can also be customised to project specifications. Each panel carries a distinct aesthetic character, with colours, patterns and flecks that reflect the waste streams from which they are made.
