Yumeng Yang

Yang Yumeng is a textile designer specialising in weave. She has just finished her BA (Hons) Degree in Textile Design at Central Saint Martins, including an industry year. She also previously trained in knitwear for two years. Her focus is on constructions using fine yarn, combined with a natural dye colour palette. She likes to study complex technology, she tries to find and persist in the worship of craft from the complicated and interlaced relationship of weaving technology, she uses her innovative ideas to produce an aesthetic language unique to her.
