Zequan Lin

Zequan Lin is a furniture and industrial designer from Fuzhou, China works with parametric and 3D printing technologies. Lin is interested in conveying the beauty of digital production within daily life for wider audiences than design communities or museums. Lin believes it is an adventure to explore the unknown through design as we have done through history.

Flower for Friends (fff)

Flowers serve as crucial mediators in the interpersonal transmission of emotions, quietly conveying unspoken feelings through the subtle language of blooms. fff is a design practice program that connects me with friends. Each creative imagination is a retrospective exploration of bygone moments, a process of reorganising the fragments of life. I have limitation in expressing emotions, but the fff design practices unfold as an extraordinary journey, allowing cherished sentiments to bloom and transforming connections from memory into vessels of flowers. It silently bears my emotions, fostering a unique communication with the past, myself, friends, and aspirations.
