The retention of talent is currently the single greatest risk to businesses, it is also widely considered the hardest issue to solve. Yet, there is only one answer - create businesses and environments for people to be a part of and feel happy in, which, would be easy if everyone’s needs were the same. In this talk Louis and his guests will discuss the moving parts around creating environments to inspire a diverse range of employees.
