David Harte leads projects across various sectors encompassing hotel, extended stay, co-working, co-living BTR and brand development sectors. He oversees projects from initial concept development to completion and brings with him a passion for creating unique, functional, and sustainable spaces that create unforgettable experiences. At present, David is leading several projects across the UK and Europe, including 5-star projects in Germany, Italy, Georgia and London, a number of 4-star lifestyle hotels as well as co-living and build-to-rent projects.
