Over the past 12 years, Jessica has crafted identities and immersive physical and digital experiences for globally renowned luxury hospitality, retail, and creative enterprises such as The Dorchester, Montblanc, Liberty London and Corinthia Hotels, among others.

Prior to completing a BA(Hons) in Visual Communication at the University of Brighton, she worked in high-end hospitality events management for some of London’s Leading 5* Hotels and fine-dining restaurants, giving her a solid foundation in experiential design from the client’s perspective. Since graduating she has worked both as a freelance design consultant and within some of London’s top Branding and Experiential design practices. Her main areas of expertise include holistic identity creation, physical experiential design, and digital design.

At the start of this year, Jessica assumed the role of Brand Experience Design Lead for Europe at M Moser, where she applies her strategic and creative approach to immerse users in the essence of the organisation while forging connections between brands and their local communities.

Consistently challenging conventional norms, she specializes in curating unforgettable brand experiences and touchpoints that resonate deeply, fostering meaningful connections. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures each brand encounter is seamlessly integrated and impactful.
