Paula Rowntree
As Head of Workplace Design at Lloyds Banking Group, Paula Rowntree is responsible for Spatial Design at the bank. She has led the transformation of bank branch design for three Retail Brands (Lloyds Bank, Halifax and Bank of Scotland) as well as transforming the Office Space as the bank transitions to hybrid working. Paula is passionate about ‘purposeful design’, achieving this through co-creation with customers/colleagues to shape the required insight to design the optimum customer experience whilst meeting the strategic ambition of the business. Paula has a background in Brand/Marketing combined with hands on experience of working in the bank branch environment together with a post grad in Business Strategy. When not designing amazing spaces she can be found in stunning Yorkshire balancing work, her three children, her chocolate Labrador, friends and her love of books.
