With over a decade in the creative industry, Poppy’s journey began at Northumbria University where she completed her BA (hons) degree in Interior Design. Following this she spent her junior years to work across both hospitality and retail design, absorbing invaluable knowledge from multiple disciplines. Since joining Blacksheep four years ago, her focus has shifted towards the fast-casual market, utilising her versatile background to craft unique hospitality experiences that honour a brand’s story, guidelines and tone of voice all whilst enhancing the customer journey from street level to repeat visits.

From luxury spa hotel refurbishments to introducing a multinational QSR brand to the UK market, Poppy’s meticulous and methodical approach - combined with her ability to build strong client relationships - ensures the delivery of innovative, purposeful design solutions that elevate business performance. This is a continuous creative journey in which she is constantly evolving as a designer, drawing inspiration from a wide range of disciplines and fuelling a deep passion for creativity and, above all, interior design.
