Ruud Belmans is Co-Founder and Executive Creative Director of WeWantMore, an independent design studio headquartered in Antwerp with a London office in Clerkenwell. Specialising in interior design and branding, the 40+ person studio works internationally across hospitality, retail, and workplace projects.

Since co-founding WeWantMore in 2006, Belmans has led the studio’s integrated approach at the intersection of design, art, and brand experience, delivering projects for clients including AccorHotels, Corinthia, Hilton, and Marriott. In 2025, the studio was named Interior Practice of the Year by the World Interiors News (WIN) Awards, alongside multiple AHEAD, Architizer, and Restaurant & Bar Design accolades.

Alongside his creative role, Belmans is the founder of MONARK, a platform focused on measuring and managing embodied carbon in interior design. MONARK won the AHEAD Award Europe 2024 for New Concept and reflects his commitment to making sustainability measurable and actionable within the design process. Through WeWantMore and MONARK, Belmans continues to push for sustainability-led design solutions without compromising creativity or quality.
