With over 20 years of experience in corporate interior design at HOK, Tim specialises in the Workplace sector, applying a deep understanding of people, space, and business strategy to create environments that enhance performance and elevate the employee experience. Throughout his career, he has led a wide range of high-profile and complex projects, including the headquarters for Arup, BBC Worldwide, and Hachette Publishing. His portfolio also encompasses global corporations, media organisations, financial institutions, and technology companies, where he has guided projects from early strategic briefing through to on-site delivery.
Beyond his project work, Tim actively contributes to HOK Forward, advancing research and thought leadership in neurodiversity, inclusion, and the evolving future of workplace design.
