Curated by material, design & trend expert Sally Angharad and located at the heart of the show is Surface Spotlight, a recurring highlight of the show. This years theme is Material Evolution.

GREEN GRADS is a “platform” promoting recent graduates of UK Universities who are confronting the world’s most pressing eco-issues, returning to the Surface Design Show 2026.

At the heart of Surface Design Show you can find Stone Tapestry designed by Squire & Partners to highlight the versatility of natural stone through surface finish and texture, celebrating stones from the British Isles.

Designed for NEW dynamic, up-and-coming brands, Innovation Gallery is platform for launching new products and showcasing innovative solutions in the Architecture and Design (A+D) sector.

Created off the back of feedback from our design community, this stage give visitors a chance to get hands on with materials in guided workshops. From jewellery making from recycled materials through to introductions to concept and in development materials. 

A multi-award-winning lighting designer based in the UK, celebrated for her distinctive approach to porcelain light installations. Originally trained as an interior designer, Andra pivoted her career to create bespoke porcelain chandeliers, light installations and wall artworks. 

VIP lounge, curated by colour expert Justine Fox. Justine will be working with key partners to create an area that gives VIP guests in line with this year's theme: Material Innovation.
